My brother and sister-in-law were thrilled with the grazing box and felt so spoiled. It was beautifully presented and of exceptional quality. We’re so grateful for Anna’s care and attention to detail. We couldn’t recommend Kat Flowers and Events more highly!
On the day, the event setup should have been finished before the time of guest arrival. But my guests and I noticed they were still working while the event had already started. As I walked down the aisle and saw the arches with metal frames showing through, my heart sank. As I got closer, I noticed there were only cherry blossoms on the arches. *Photo attached* Worst of all, I was told by my guests that the price tags were still on the flower arrangements!
In addition, we paid for 6 plinths and silk arrangements to be placed on the reception area but there were only 4 placed there. We also paid for one set of silk arrangements on a tall vase on one end and two sets of silk arrangements cascading down at the other end of the bridal table, but I realized the two ground silk flowers that were meant for the arches were placed at the bridal table instead. *Photo attached* The candles on the bridal table we'd discussed and paid for were supposedly on two tall candle holders, and two in clear cylindrical vases (one tall and one short). *Photo attached* But on the actual bridal table as seen on the previous picture, there were no tall candle holders at all, just clear short cylindrical vases instead.
Towards the end of the event, we bumped into the owner as they were picking up the stuff. We were told the owner had a bad day and we would be contacted the next day. And we never got a phone call or apology from them. We went up to the Kat Flowers warehouse two days later, the owner appeared like nothing had happened. We told the owner the problems and the things that was not delivered fully. Instead of giving apology or offering compensation, we were dismissed and were told to email through the problems we had with the service, and they would get back to us. Till now, we haven't received any reply regarding that nor the final tax receipt from Kat Flowers. Still waiting..

Verified ownerThe grazing platter was presented beautifully however it would have been nice if the customer was given a selection of dips to choose from rather then the flavours being chosen for us as i wasn’t really a fan of the dips provided.
